The CMRTO Quality Assurance Committee has been working with Keith Christopher, principal consultant from KC Surveys, for the past couple of years, and continues to use his services as needed. Over this time, he has completed a number of projects and continues to work on others.  
He helped the QA Committee review and validate the surveys that are used in the quality assurance peer and practice assessment by Multi-Source Feedback Assessment: A 360-degree review of an MRT’s (medical radiation technologist) professional competence, including the feedback from the professional being surveyed, their peers and co-workers, and their patients where it is appropriate.  Additionally, he helped the QA Committee to develop and validate the scoring/evaluation assessment process.  To validate the new process Keith Christopher interviewed a select group of MRTs after they had participated in the revised survey process.  We have found that Keith was a competent, reliable and an enthusiastic team player.  Because of his skills and professionalism, I have no reservations in recommending him for the work he has completed for us.

We hired KC Surveys to conduct a membership survey for the Canadian Owners and Pilots Association (COPA) in 2007. We had administered an in-house survey of our membership in 2002 and wanted to see what had changed in the intervening years. We hired Keith Christopher from KC Surveys to conduct an electronic client survey in 2007 and for a follow-up survey in 2010.
